ANRA Responds to ACMA Equipment Rules Consultation

In January 2018 the ACMA invited industry feedback regarding "concepts and design considerations for equipment rules" in relation to the Exposure Draft of the "Radiocommunications Bill 2017".

ANRA's submission addresses the issue of EMC regulatory exceptions for broadcast equipment - which are already covered by the Technical Planning Guidelines within the current legislation.
